kitchen. The sliding doors
open to the large deck overlooking the
wildlife pond.
LOCATION: The home is located just two
miles from Hendersonville's historic downtown
quaint shops & eateries. Only 1 mile away is the
public Patton Park with nature trails, Olympic size swimming pool,
athletic field, racquet ball, basketball courts, playground, tennis
courts and picnic area. It's a quick 25 minutes to Asheville's
Biltmore House and downtown area.
5 BEDROOMS: Of the
five well-appointed bedrooms, two are spacious master suites with
ultra luxury king beds with sitting areas and private elegant
bathrooms and one even has its own deck overlooking the pond. The three additional
bedrooms are delightfully decorated & ample size for
relaxing.
Four of the five
bedrooms including both master suites are on the main level.
The home has a total of two king beds, two queen beds, two twin
beds, three queen sleeper sofas, as well as four twin
air
beds.
SERENITY MASTER
SUITE:
 
The Serenity Suite is one of
two master bedroom suites with a luxury king bed, private
sitting area & its own gorgeous bath with a jetted tub and
furniture style sink vanity as seen through the door in the first
photo. There even is a baby crib &
bedding.
 
The other
side of the Serenity Suite is a sweet baby crib &
rocker There
are two large closets for your
use.

The Lake Master Bedroom Suite with luxury
king bed, comfortable sitting area, private tiled bathroom with
glass block shower and a private deck overlooking the
pond. All bedrooms have a television with

have deep Kohler jetted tubs to relax away any tensions! All
have beautiful tilework, plush towels & attractive artwork on
the walls. With our two 80 gallon water heaters, you'll
have plenty of hot water! Ahhhh....don't you love to be
spoiled?!!!
 
You have four elegantly tiled, fully remodeled bathrooms
throughout the
home

on both the main level and the lower level including new appliances,

dishes, sharp chef knives, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle
iron, 4 slot toaster, pots, pans, bowls, bread machine, crock pot,
and much more….everything you need to prepare delicious meals at
home.

kitchen w/all new appliances, cabinets &
more. You have a new Jennair convection oven in
your all new kitchen.
 
The main level kitchen side-by-side
refrigerator.
The downstairs kitchen is just off the Media Room & dining
area.
TWO LAUNDRY ROOMS: For
your added convenience, there is a new
high-tech large capacity front load washer and dryer set to make any
laundry you do effortless! Try it out to see if you want one
in your own home! In addition, there's a stacking full size
washer/dryer set in the lower level as
well.
Your laundry room has high tech front loading
washer & dryer, a chandelier, elegant paintings and a view
to the pond!
For added convenience,
there is also a full size stacking washer/dryer in the lower level

LOWER LEVEL:
This home's lower level is devoted to
play--both for adults and for children. There is a huge Media
Room with a giant 57" HDTV with HDMI 16:9, DVD/VCR and surround
sound. Relax in leather sofas (1 is a queen sleeper
sofa) or on the many floor pillows. Play cards/games on
the dining table at the end of the room. Serve refreshments
from the second kitchen just off the Media Room.
In addition, there is a full bathroom and a
queen bedroom on this level.
MEDIA
ROOM:

HDTV & soft leather sofas (1 is a queen
sleeper). Other end of room is a dining area &
glass doors to pond.
 
This second dining area and kitchen are just off the Media Room on
the lower level of the home.

The Family Game Room has a professional size
foosball table, TV with built in DVD/VCR and a Play Station 2 with
games and a queen sleeper sofa.

The Casio keyboard, with headphones for private playing,
has 100 rhythms, 100 instrument tones, and 100 songs built

WILDLIFE: The generous
size deck overlooks the wildlife pond and is a place we spend hours
just watching all the delightful antics of the fish, ducks, turtles,
blue herons, duck families, king fishers, muskrats, etc. What a perfect setting to
unwind and enjoy life!
This a bird watcher's paradise! We
have seen king fishers, blue herons, falcons, blue jays, ducks,
turkey
buzzards, geese, ducks, swans, hawks & a few
"mystery birds" that we've yet to identify visit our
pond.
