LOCATION: 

Happy House is in a quiet residential neighborhood with large surrounding yards giving a nice sense of privacy.  Conveniently located near West Asheville, NC, it is just 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, 15 minutes to the Biltmore House and just 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping and Interstate 40.  Sit in your back yard bench swing and enjoy the view of Mount Pisgah.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA:

The comfortable couch and chairs allow you to relax in this pretty room with plenty of windows graced by elegant curtains.  Watch your TV/DVD/VCR with big movie library or just unwind after a day of exploring our beautiful mountain towns in Western North Carolina.  The living room is open to the dining area just off the kitchen. The elegant dining table and chairs offer you gracious dining with a view to the giant oak tree in the peaceful back yard.

KITCHEN:

The large remodeled kitchen with pretty tile floors has ample counter and cupboard space to please any chef.  It is set up with everything you will need for preparing meals at home including an assortment of basic spices.  It is fully-equipped with all new stainless appliances:  refrigerator with ice/water in door, dishwasher, smooth top cook surface, oven and microwave.  There is a multitude of quality cookware: pots, pans, baking dishes, bowls, cookie sheets, crock pot, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, salad spinner, sharp cooking knives and much more!  Serve your meals on pretty plates and use quality silverware. Just outside your kitchen door is the back deck with a gas grill for your barbeques.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE:

This gracious and restful master suite offers an elegant queen sleigh bed with quality mattress, sumptuous linens and attractive comforter.  You have three spacious closets to accommodate any buying spree you may indulge in while visiting Asheville!  The tastefully decorated attached private bathroom has pretty artwork, lovely tile floors, elegant lighting, unique towel bars, pretty shower curtains and a combination bath tub and shower.  TV with built-in DVD/VCR.

GUEST BEDROOMS:

At the end of the hall, you will find two lovely bedrooms delightfully decorated for a sense of restful comfort.  One has a queen bed with quality mattress, two large closets & TV.  The other bedroom has a charming twin day bed and awesome high-tech “Hand-On-Technology” massage chair!  Both bedrooms boast sumptuous bedding with lovely comforters and plush throws.

GUEST BATHROOM:

Like the elegant master bathroom, the hall bathroom is equally attractive with lovely tile floors, beautiful lighting, unique towel bars, artwork, panels of lovely curtains and a combination bath tub and shower.  Also off the hallway is the full size stacked washer and dryer for your use.
