The enchanted Mountain Laurel
Lodge is named for the surrounding 80 acre forest of lush
mountain laurels and is secluded in a private world of its own, yet
it is located right in town (so NO remote winding mountain roads to
navigate!) The majority of the
home is on one level so it easily accommodates guests requiring one
level living with no stairs to climb. Parking in back allows
easy entry to the main level.
LOCATION:
Mountain Laurel Lodge is conveniently
located
just 3 miles from Interstate 26 (Exit 44) with only 15 minutes
north to Asheville and the Biltmore House and 10 minutes
south to downtown historic Hendersonville Main Street shops and
restaurants.

Mountain Laurel Lodge has delightful amenities
to pamper you: large
hot tub, awesome massage chair, multiple covered decks with plenty
of seating, sumptuous bed linens, top-of-the-line plush
mattresses, wood stove in the massive living room, high speed
wireless Internet, TV’s in all bedrooms rooms including a
52" HDTV in the living room, foosball table, gas grill, quality
kitchen cookware, central heat and air, and a 12,000 watt whole
house generator for back-up power. There large are
covered decks surrounding the home with plenty of seating and an
upstairs private screened-in porch.

LIVING ROOM:
Beautiful wood floors and wood beam ceilings lend a warm
lodge feel to the room. You can see the divided double
stairway leading to the upstairs rooms and walkway around the open
vaulted areas. The living room has plenty of comfortable
sofas, awesome massage chair, beautiful artwork, wood stove and 52"
HDTV. It is open to the dining room and
kitchen.

DINING ROOM:
As
you can see from the photos, this beautiful mountain lodge has
an open flow from the living room to the dining room to the
kitchen. Wonderful wood floors and wood beam ceilings lend a
warm glow throughout. The dining room table has extra leaves
to accommodate large groups.
 
KITCHEN:
There
is plenty of counter and cupboard space....and great quality
cookware....to make the family chef feel right at home. The
refrigerator (not shown but is beside the table for 2) is a spacious
with a bottom drawer freezer. We also have a second
refrigerator for your use in the garage.
 
 
MAGNOLIA MASTER KING BEDROOM SUITE:
Double doors off the entry hall lead into this
massive-sized elegant bedroom. We've divided the room with
hand painted screens into a lovely sitting area with several
love seats, a flat screen TV and a realistic electric
fireplace including heat, flame and even a "snap - crackle - pop"
sound effects! The glass door leads to the large hot tub and
outside deck area. The room has a large private bathroom with
a walk-in tiled shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet.
The other half of the room boasts a king bed with an ultra-top
quality mattress, sumptuous bedding and a second TV for
viewing from bed.
 
 
 
JASMINE MASTER KING BEDROOM
SUITE:
This peaceful, sophisticated
bedroom offers total comfort with the ultra-luxurious king mattress,
sumptuous linens and elegant furnishings including unique
peacock lamps. As with every bedroom, there is a television to
watch from bed. The love seat is a twin sleeper & the
crib is ready for your baby. There is a private bathroom with
a tub/shower combination.
Note:
for babies, in addition to the full size crib, there is a
large & a small stroller, high chair, Pac-N-Play, baby bath
tub and more.
 
 
LILY QUEEN
BEDROOM:
You'll immediately notice the 13' cathedral ceilings
with skylights and windows looking out at the view. The
wardrobe closet is a stylish creation by Ralph Lauren and was the
inspiration for the room's decor. The room has an
ultra-luxurious queen mattress with sumptuous bedding and
TV. The doors lead to the outside covered deck with more of
the white wicker seating.
 
 
UPSTAIRS LIVING
AREAS: (Queen Bedroom,
Children's Bedroom, Loft Game Area, Full Bathroom)
OPEN: Much more impressive in person, it is 23 feet from the
lower level to the apex above.

CHILDREN'S BEDROOM WITH 3 TWINS, FUTON &
PLAYROOM:
Children will be enthralled with the fun
bedroom/playroom filled with fuzzy stuffed animals, toys, games
& books. There are 3 twin beds with ultra plush comforters
in the room and a delightful colorful wall mural of
enchantment. At the end of the room, a door leads to a covered
screened sleeping porch. Elsewhere in the home there also is a
Playstation 2 with plenty of games, a foosball table, an air hockey
table and a huge playground with swings, forts and slides including
a spiral enclosed slide!
 
 
UPSTAIRS QUEEN
BEDROOM:
This beautiful queen bedroom has a 14 foot
vaulted ceiling which lends a feel of space in a small cozy
room. As with all our bedrooms, there is a television, clothes
closet, pretty decor and luscious bedding.
