We are Stephanie Joy Johnson (a professional decorator, color expert and stager of homes for sale) & Robert A Bowles (a professional home remodeler and electronics expert).  We are passionate about living in these awesome mountains of Western North Carolina.  We adore hosting guests who come to our lovely Asheville and Hendersonville mountain cities and who stay at our personally-owned vacation rental homes. 

We have lived in Asheville NC for many years and find great joy in discovering more and more reasons why this is the BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO LIVE!  Asheville is consistently in the “Top 10 Places To Live” according to almost any criterion published!  It’s a diverse multi-cultural blend of mountain folk and cosmopolitan society set in a dramatically beautiful mountain setting.  It is our heart-felt desire to provide gorgeous welcoming homes in spectacular settings and to share our town with you!

Yes, we live near our homes and pride ourselves in taking exquisite care of each property!  Each of our homes has been lovingly remodeled, elegantly furnished, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully accessorized with special amenities to pamper you (including massage chairs, hot tubs, high speed internet, king beds w/sumptuous bedding, HDTV’s, quality kitchens & much more!) We offer a warm inviting home for our guests instead of just a “vacation rental.”
