Bullington Gardens, a public botanical garden on 12 acres in Hendersonville NC, offers hands-on education in horticulture & other sciences to all ages. These gardens incorporate many unusual mature trees that Mr. Bullington collected during his lifetime and introduced to the area. Visitors are welcome to visit and enjoy the gardens & facilities.
To benefit the educational programs, a spring plant sale is this weekend on Friday & Saturday from 9am-5pm, April 29-30, 2016. Featured are a wide variety of native and non-native perennials, annuals, herbs, vegetable starts, small trees and shrubs. Proceeds benefit the educational programs.
